Color picker Pipette lags

Hey the pipette has been laggy since i remember.

It works but i use it quite often to fit certain color on pictures.

@dale could you take a look at it. The Grasshopper pipette works fine, the rhino one lags. So much it is almost unuseable….

I would appreciate a youtrack at least after 1-2 years waiting :upside_down_face:
