in the latest update of Rhino 8, CloseCrv does not work anymore.

Initial test show, that it works fine here. Post curve that isn’t working and SysInfo.

To close this curve, the CloseWideGapsWithLine option must be set to Yes. To get to this setting, run _CloseCrv with no open curves preselected.

Hm,

ok, but then this setting has changed from previous versions? Because I’ve closed all gaps since I’ve started using Rhino … without changing any setting …

Regardless of CloseWideGapsWithLine’s default setting, once it’s changed and the command completes (not canceled), the setting appears to be retained between Rhino sessions. The same is true for the Tolerance setting.

Weird.

Anyway. Now it works. So this was not an issue, but a setting that somehow changed.
