CloseCrv Not Working

Hi,

I’m using Rhino 6 and for some reason my CloseCrv command hasn’t been working for a while. I’ve had this issue for all my files and all the lines are planar. I’ve tried updating the software but it doesn’t seem to help. Can anyone help me?

Hello - does the command run at all? Does it work on some curves but not others? If that is the case, please post an example curve doe which it fails.

-Pascal

Hi,

It says “1 curve not closed” every time I run the command.

closecrvfailEx.3dm (42.8 KB)

Hello - thanks for the file - these curves all close, here
Please run the SystemInfo command in Rhino and copy/paste the results here.

Hello - please make sure that ‘CloseWideGapsWithLine’=Yes.

-Pascal

Sorry where do I make sure that command is yes?

Hi -

Make sure that no objects are selected when you run the CloseCrv command.
You will then be asked to select a curve but will also have 2 options on the command line: CloseWideGapsWithLine and Tolerance.
