Clipping Plane Shows Part of Closed Extrusion as Hollow

I am currently working on a project and I am trying to make a section view of my model. I have double checked that it is indeed a valid Closed Extrusion however it shows as hollow and the fill is missing. What can I do to solve this?

Hi Karsen -

We can’t troubleshoot an image. Please post a 3dm file that we can check.

Hi Karsen -
This looks fine when I open that file here:

Could you update to the current public 8.13 version by changing the update frequency in the Rhino options? If that doesn’t help, please provide the output of the Rhino SystemInfo command.

@wim I’m getting the same experience and in my opinion is related on cylindrical SRF.
I’m not able to reproduce it because is subtle, it immediately disappear if you slightly move the section.

Hi Karsen -

Thanks.
I’ve checked your file in 8.13.24316.15002 and 8.14.24316.02002 and see the issue in the 8.13 version but no longer in the 8.14 version.
If all goes well, in 12 hours or so, the first public version of the 8.14 candidate will become available.
