I haven’t decided yet. 
It’s bad as in you can accidentally select a clipping plane and move it without realizing it.
It’s good… 'cause you can now select with a smaller box?..
Imho selection behaviour should stay consistent regardless of the object type.

I got rekt. Oops. I have never noticed this behaviour in 5, but I did in 6. Maybe 'cause 5 has those lines diagonally and you have to select a full diagonal line for selection to work
