ClearDrawOrder doesn’t work

Hi,

I Clear the DrawOrder of a drawing, but one object persists and is not above the other. But the layer is on top. Is this a bug?

Red metalwork should be on top, according to layers:

One question: were any of those curves a result of a Make2D operation?

I’m not sure now, but yes I think. But not the red ones (metalwork), I had to redraw them (DupBorder from hatches)
