Character sizing is performed with Th in AS-Text.
Is it possible to apply differently to the font size or adjust the scale differently??
(ex: long horizontally or vertically)

Currently, such operation on text annotations are not supported, But Text On Surface can achieve a similar effect, for you reference.

Horizontal / vertical font scaling is a sacrilege imho. If you need text to be more narrow, use a narrow font instead.
