I like to change pan and rotate to exact Fusion 360 style

Newcomer from Fusion 360. Old habits are hard to change.

I like to make Pan to middle mouse(wheel) pressing down and Rotate to Shift+middle mouse pressing down.

Is this possible in Rhino 7?
