Does anyone know how to get this type of texture for a sphere in Rhino? A step-by-step procedure would be best of course, or a link to a tutorial…
you could sculpt the main forms (sphere and tendrils) in subd then add a displacement texture to crate the overall “bumpiness”
but trying to do the whole thing in texture will be very difficult unless you use a sculpting program like zbrush or 3d coat-
Cool. Kyle, is there a tutorial to make the bumpiness? I know how to make the tentacles using rebuild, but I don’t know how to make the bumpiness or the beautiful teal and white where part of the sphere is see-through and the rest is opaque.
