seeing the same thing here. I suspect the creases on the model on the left are causing the issue. @dalelear would be able to chime in about the math here in a more useful manner than i can. fwiw you can bridge across the model corner to corner [image]

Cap should work on both. I’ve logged the bug https://mcneel.myjetbrains.com/youtrack/issue/RH-59033
