How to cap a SubD object

How to cap (close) an open Subd object in Grasshopper while keeping the naked edges hard/sharp, for instance, as MultiPipe comp does?

The idea is simple. Unweld the edges need to be creased, and make the mesh into a subd with crease option as True.
Here I used one not so popular plugin pOd, but I am sure somebody here will write a script for you.

Thanks for the reply, but ‘Cap Holes’ make brep object instead Subd object

Yeah, so use the edges (circles) as seams (creases)? I don’t know SubD, unfortunately.
