The curves have different number of segments. No matter which command, a nice result is rather unlikely…
How did you create what you have right now?
Segments and these four curve are based on Projection and I can’t avoid that.
Then i used loft to make those two brep
Should I recreate them with equal control points?
Can you post a Grasshopper and/or Rhino file with the curves you used to make what you have?
I think the loft could also be improved if the number of segments is the same
Have you modeled the same object successfully in Rhino?
I rebuilt some of the edges to be able to loft the surfaces. The cutout is problematic since it leads to a very thin corner and depending on how the surface segmenst are created even intersections.
You might have to reconsider some of your constraints.
