Can't start Rhino 6

Just tried to start Rhino and this dialog just sits waiting

If I click cancel I get option to login that just goes back to the dialog above. Not sure why it can’t get the licence, I might have used Rhino on my notepad but usually there’s no problem transferring the licence back to my work PC.

Restarted my PC and Rhino started straight up no waiting for the licence at all!.
