Unable to enter

Hi, i can’t seem to enter my Rhino files i have saved onto my computer, i think my license is supposed to end on the 26th this month, but Rhino keeps asking me to choose between my email or type in a license number (which i tried doing both) if i go with my email, it eventually tells me i don’t have a license, but if i retype my license, it also doesn’t register, what do i do?? i really need this quick
