Can't open Rhino 8 (except in safe mode)

I get this message when opening in safe mode:

I tried disabling some plugins through Plugin manager but I dont think its any of them causing the problems. I also deinstalled RhinoInsideRevit but the problem remains.

try this-

Rhino Cycles won’t load issue

we have seen a few of these lately, the fix is to go to add remove programs in windows. then repair these two components. (shown in image below) do the x86 1st as it does not need a restart, then do the x64 and restart. rhino should start up when the restart is complete. [image]
