4 of 5 holes made from a polar array were deleted successfully, but the 5th hole resists deletion.

It’s probably because the hole is middle of surface seam (thicker line). You will need to remove that hole manually:
- Exploding the model
- Delete the cylindrical surface of the hole
- Untrim the edges of the holes left on the main surface
After all of this you can then join all the surfaces back together.
the hole can t be removed because of the surface-Seam “runs through” it.

my workflow would be:
(_ungroup multiple times… to have easier selections)
_extractSrf (the surfaces with the additional unwanted hole)
_srfSeam - best put the new seam 180-degree - use intersection or knot snap for the position
_untrim the edge that forms the hole
delete the cylinder-like surface
_join
