What exactly did you do here? Force quitting the instances on the task manager & Repairing the C++ redistributables should do it.
- Go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.
- Right-click Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable and choose Repair.
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable (x86) ← do this first
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable (x64) ← you will now be prompted to reboot.
