I am trying to make a offset surface (2mm) that should be inward in my model but it explodes. What other command ı could use? Why its not working? I am sharing my work down below. If someone could help me ı would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello Nice Model, this issue is caused by your surface fillets are smaller than your offset distance. There is no mathematical way to solve corners like these below:
A possible solution is to use a smaller offset than the radius of your smallest fillet and investigate the result. but it is not a replacement for a carefully planned model,

Is there a way to solve my problem if I offset out of the model?
The same situation applies. If you have fillets on the outside in a concave corner and the smallest radius is smaller than the offset thickness they will fail as well.
One solution would be to add the small fillets after offsetting….

If this is caused by fillets that are too small, then you can make a copy of your part, add larger fillets, offset that for your core. But you also have a lot of overly complicated areas that could be replaced with a single surface - that would really help.
