Cannot click the Z Axis

I know it sounds stupid but i just cannot click/use the Z axis in perspective.
It’s like it’s not there.
Everything i build so far i had to type the Z value in the command line.
Except of Gumball when i push/pull all my clicks fall to the ground.
What am i doing wrong ?

Hello - see if ‘Project’ is set in the OSnaps toolbar.

Yes thank you that looks like it was the problem.Project was dark gray i clicked it and became light gray and it works now.
