I’m trying to create a pipeline where I can share assets between Rhino and 3ds Max (geometry and shaders/materials). Is this possible?
I am just starting to research Octane and I’m not finding the documentation to be very helpful for what I want to do. What I want is essentially the functionality of a .vrscene file where you can import it into SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max, etc. and it will give you the geometry and all of the associated shaders automatically.
I was thinking maybe the .octprx files would do this? I was able to export a .octprx file from 3ds Max but I can’t find a way to import that into Rhino to see if it does what I’m looking for.
