Can Dynamo Revit open at the same time when GH is open with Rhino.Inside?

I noticed that I can not have both Grasshopper under Rhino.Inside and Dynamo Revit open at the same time. Is it how this should behave or I might have some conflict with external libraries?
I am using Revit 2020.2

I just realised that same issue is when I open Dynamo and then close it and then try to open Rhino.Inside it does not load. As well. I have to close Revit and open only Rhino.Inside. I hope that we can have both option open and do not have to close Revit before opening one or another.
