BUG: Text kerning error in Rhino 7/8 WIP mac/windows all releases

Rhino has issues with accented characters kerning in all Mac/Windows releases. With some fonts, accented characters have distorted kerning, depending on the text length. See example:

Commecional Pillcrow font will be provided via PM due licencing for testing only. But Arial gives the same buggy result:

Steps to reproduce:

1. create new rhino file
2. type any text with accented characters
