Bug | Sections | Print preview

Hi,

It seems there is a bug with print preview. Print preview is displaying correctly only after opening a file. After, for example switch on/off print preview/ panning, zooming action - is no longer working.

Please see below.

Thank you.

Hi Tomas -

I really don’t know what I’m looking at here, and what is right and what is wrong. Please post both the output of the Rhino SystemInfo command and a 3dm file that exhibits an issue.

@wim Hi Wim, please any solution to fix it? Basically, print preview works in viewport but not in layout. ?

Hi @wim , please any update on this issue? Thanks. Tomas

I’ll take a look but will need more information, a small example file and steps to repeat ideally. Thanks

Hello @Japhy, thank you. The file is attached in the message. I am encountering the same issue across several different files. Tomas

Please run SystemInfo in your Rhino command line and post the result. Thanks!

I’ll need steps to repeat the regression to file a bug report.

This file behaves the same in Rhino 8 & 7 as far as i can tell.

I have tested various files and noticed that the clipping sections do not display correctly in the print preview. Although the color is ignored, after printing to PDF, they are correctly displayed.
