BUG: Rhino Inserting Extra Inches March

I uploaded a file to tech support that generates dimensions like this for DIMRADIUS.

It looks like there is an extra ‘’ in Length Units > Suffix of the dimension style you’re using. You can remove it in the Properties panel for the dimension when selected or change your annotation style in the Settings command.

If I do

1. DimAngle
2. Click Annotation Style
3. Select Decimal Precision
4. Click SELECT (edited, not OK).
   Gives the following dialog box:
