Bug Rh8 - nu-scaled block with blockAttributeText to DWG export

If a block contains BlockAttributeText AND is non-uniformly scaled, the attribute text exports to a wrong position.

I see that this round-trips fine back into Rhino…

At any rate, I’ve added this thread to RH-80517 (not public).
