In Grasshopper:

After I select “Draw Full Names”, my expression component simply stop working. The error is simply “don’t put any names in front of your variable names”

Because the grasshopper thinks that the variable name is changed “x” to “Variable x”. But I just only turn on Draw Full Names from view bar.

Yes, this is how this works, and a known limitation. RH-35790 Draw full names causes errors

As this is solved in Grasshopper 2, I don’t think it’s realistic to expect this to change in Grasshopper 1.
