from today we are not able to add points on the screen. After adding the points on the model, the model disappear.
In the morning, it was working normal.

It is solved by itself. Do you know something about? Seems like the server went bugged today for 30 to 40 minutes, refusing to load some models, and removing the model after adding points. We just want to be sure that this does not happen in the futures because we have clients using the software.
We have noticed some issues on our side today which we haven’t identified yet but we keep track of any unexpected behavior. Thanks for your patience.
