It’s an old bug that still bothers me to this day. When I drag an object (a single point in this video) via the Plane handle of Gumball, then press Tab to lock the direction, then press Tab again to lock the distance and activate rotation (active “Grid snap” locks the rotation every 5 degrees, or 72 steps in total), the preview white circle is shown based on the initial picking point of the mouse away from the object (where the Plane handle was at that very moment), rather than using the original location of the selected object (the point) as a reference center for the preview white circle.
