When you drag/move a layer, above the very top layer into the Heading (e.g. Name), it shows a “Can’t Do” symbol which is correct however if I continue dragging the layer back down so it’s below the Heading hovering over a Layer (to produce a sublayer) or anywhere in the layers it still shows a “Can’t Do” symbol.
Same happens if you go below the Layer TAB border.
I don’t think this happened in previous releases.
