when you want to click on the lamp in layer panel. first you need to click to highlight the layer and then click on the lamp twice to change the state.
Works just fine on my Mac
And on my Windows
Maybe for the record post the text from the Rhino command _SystemInfo.

yes somehow it only misbehaved yesterday. after pc restart i did not notice it anymore. strange things happen.
