Sometimes, when using layer states, one double-click on an item in the panel doesn’t hide other layers. I’ve been trying to repeat it and now I can.
Create a layer (Layer 01) and add an object to it. Turn it off.
Create a new layer (Layer 02) and add an object to it.
Create a sub-layer (Layer 02X) and make that layer current.
In Layer States, save that state (“2nd state”)
Make Layer 01 current, and turn off Layer 02.
In Layer States, save that state (“1st state”)
In Layer states, double-click on 2nd state, then double-click on 1st state. Both states are shown. (If you double-click on 1st state again, only 1st state shows.)
