Bug: Layer / Display color change bug in 8.12

Dear McNeel staff,

I discovered a Layer color bug in 8.12 a while ago, where when editing the colors of layers that are close to each other in succession, the adjacent layer’s colors get changed instead (see the video attached to reproduce the bug). This can pose an issue when one is working very quickly and uses color to identify objects. It is disorienting to see the objects on the wrong layer change color.

Sorry for delaying in reporting it due to time constraints. I just saw that 8.13 has been released, but am flagging this here in case it has not been addressed.

I’m afraid this is not something I can reproduce here. I’ve tried Rhino 8.12 and 8.15.
