Brazil for Rhino toolbar empty

Hi,

Rhino 5, 64,
Brazil 2.0
I have been reading previous related threads but my issue seems different.
Brazil has been uninstalled and reinstalled from the disc
Toolbars have been set to default
Opening a new toolbar (Brazil.10.v40_tb.rui) through the toolbar dialogue gives me the Brazil toolbar with only one icon, a smiley face without an associated command.

Is something missing here?

try to import the tb.rui from the program folder
C:\Program Files\Brazil 2.0 for Rhino (64-bit)
