Creating a 3d model from Excel

Hello… I have used a definition to create “boxes” of a facility i wish to model. Having done this in Grasshopper, i now need to begin collating and assembling a permutation of the building arrangement using adjacencies etc. I have looked at Conduit and Monoceros but i have no idea where to start especially with teh definition i have already created. Hi, i am undertaking a thesis and have worked with an existing definition to create a series of room “boxes” from excel. I now need to arrange these boxes, to create a building.
