Boolean Union

Hello,
In this CAD file you can see a rectangular line in the top surface, this came after I did boolean union. This line is unnecessary for my design, How can i remove this in Shaded/wireframe view. I do not want to explode this into surface and then join them again as my real CAD is too complex for this. Thank you.

Did you try the command MergeAllCoplanarFaces ?
