Bongo Vray crashing

Rhino / Bongo animation keeps crashing with Vray as render engine.

Any ideas, anyone??

Before we’re able to help, please provide us with some more information:

  1. What version of Rhino are you running?
If it’s Rhino 6 or 7 please run the command: SystemInfo and give us the info.
  2. What version of Bongo do you have installed?
(Type BongoAbout on the command line and it should give you a version date)
  3. What version of V-Ray do you have installed?
    V-Ray > Help > About V-Ray, should give you a version number.

Can you please specify what exact version of Bongo and V-Ray you have installed?
The system info does unfortunately not tell that exact info.

  1. What version of Bongo do you have installed?
(Type BongoAbout on the command line and it should give you a version date)
  2. What version of V-Ray do you have installed?
    V-Ray > Help > About V-Ray, should give you a version number.

BONGO 2 V12/02/2019

V-Ray for Rhinoceros 6 4.00.02

I’d recommend you start by updating to the latest version of V-Ray to see if it solves the problem for you.

ok, that did it! thanks
