Bongo Render Blank Video

Hi,

I have been using bongo for weeks and it has been working well with my win 10 laptop. But recently it stops to render Mp4 video. I usually choose viewport display and set a resolution of 4000x2500 for the Mp4. It turns out the video is 0 seconds and always 106kb. Does anyone has the same problem and how can I fix it?

What version of Bongo do you have installed?
You can get the version date from the splash screen that shows up when you type in BongoAbout on the command line.
