Only in Dark Mode:
I observe some not really sharp icons when the size is set to 48.
At 48 the icons should display perfect, or?
Light Mode:
Yes if you are on 100%, 150% or 200%; Not necessarily if you use a scaled setting.
The sizes in toolbars are logical units. This means for example 48 @125% = 60 pixels, which is not a multiple of 8
So at non standard enlargement, there is still a slight pixel mis-alignment possible.

hi @Charles yes I see that. I just found out this is an auto-convert issue and has nothing to do with the originally posted issue. I see most of the dimension icons have that problem.

The quality of the dark mode icons will be addressed gradually as V8 matures.
Just noting that I posted multiple times about this a while back. My dark mode icons look fuzzy like that on all my machines regardless of monitor.
@CalypsoArt sorry about that. I guess it’s a mix of issues that was going on, and this one is specific to the icons that have white lines and points.

Not sure if postponing is a good idea.
The first impression for a new user or an upgrader is not optimal.

Just downloaded and installed Windows BETA (8.0.23286.1003, 2023-10-13). Yay!! Icons are hugely improved! Great work to whoever fixed this. RH8 is now usable on my main work machine. I still have to see how it looks on my other very different system, but I’m expecting the best. Gracias!
