Block or Kick out User from Cloud Zoo

Hello,

I just deleted a user from the cloud Zoo, but he is still having an active license.
the Live usage status, shows the license is still in use.
How can I make the License available for other users in case it is not possible to contact the user using it ?

The user will have to Logout in Rhino V6 to force expire the local license lease.

Can I Change the default License duration for a user when he receives a license in the Cloud Zoo?
It seems to be 20 days by default. I want to be able to change it to the minimum possible of 1 day or even few hours?
