Did running the 4View command do anything? A repair install is recommended over uninstall, this would clear any personalization.

luke, are your running two monitors? If so, can you unplug one and see if rhino behaves?
also please plug in your machine… running unplugged on a hybrid machine forces graphics to the lower powered card which can cause issues
