Were you busy modeling the whole time?
Autosave needs you to let Rhino idle for a while to autosave.
We don’t want to interrupt people modeling.
Drink more tea so you need to go pee!

AutoSave DOES NOT save your file.
YOU NEED TO DO THAT!
Click on the Save icon every now and then.
The AutoSave tool is only there as a last resort in the event Rhino crashes with unsaved data.
