I just opened Option window to check my unit environment, and I just closed the window and it came out.
I think it’s annoying. Is there anyone who knows what it is?

You have something extra installed with your GPU driver, either ReLive (AMD) or ShadowPlay (Nvidia). Disable, or better yet uninstall, that component.
