Assigning different materials to different faces

With a polysurface I can sub select a face and apply a material to it then select another face and apply a different material to it. Are there any plans to add this or is it even possible to have this feature for subD objects in Rhino?

Hi Sochin -

It’s on the list, yes → RH-56446 SubD objects don’t support sub object materials
