Arrrow to Text Distance in a Radial Dimension

This is what I’m getting from the dimension style I’m using (which is the same style as the other dimensions):

I need the text much closer to the arrow. (At least in the aligned version the leader extends to the text, but still.) Not finding a setting for this.

Hit F10 to turn on points, then selct one and just move it.

One would think, but that doesn’t offer control over the leader node and text separately. At least not on my system.

Several points are available. Trick is to choose the right one.

There are three for me. One moves the centre mark, one moves the arrow/dimension point, and the third moves the text and line around, never making the text-to-arrow distance smaller than it is.
