Dumb questions, How to move dimensions text?

Currently the line of one dimension goes through the text of another dimension, like this;

How do I prevent this from happening/how can I reposition the dimension label/text?

Select the dimension, f10 to turn on points, select point and move it.

Doesn’t work, that will move the line extensions and arrows as well, I only need to move the text label.

Choose the point directly in the middle of the text.

It would be useful if there is an option to add a leader line from center of the dimension to he value in case value is manually moved away. Autocad has it. It is a must for good drawing creation.
