Anybody using 13" Retina Macbook Pro with Rhino (on Windows)?

I’ve been using a 15" w/ Nvidia 650M on Bootcamp exclusively for over a year now, and it works as well as my desktop ever did.

Now it’s time to spec a new laptop for my GF, and I’d love to be able to use it as a backup in case something catastrophic happens to my machine while we’re traveling.

I was thinking about a 13" Retina for her (with the Intel Iris graphics).

If I’m able to get acceptable (not great) performance from my 15" machine when I turn off hardware-accelerated graphic modes, is it any indication that I’m likely to have good luck with the 13" machine? Or is there more to it than that?

P.S. I’m not doing any rendering, just modeling.

With a System Registry key addition and copying a manifest file to the folder where 64-bit Rhino V5 lives, you can fix the small icon problem on high resolution monitors.
