Hey after printing my view is pixeled,

i thinks it is visual Arqs fault but i am not sure.

Anyone had the same Problem?

Restarting Rhino solves the Problem.

@mi.land
I have had the issue as well sometimes, but I have not been able to isolate the trigger yet.

Can you explain what are you printing, view modes, and from which space (model, layout)? I could test it as well.

Hi @mi.land,

As @Toni_Osterlund suggested, please describe the required steps (including 3DM models, print settings, layout/details involved, etc.) so I can test if VisualARQ is the culprit and fix it.

Thanks,

Enric

Same here hard to replicate.

As soon as i find it i will write more details.

Printing from layouts space. Multiple pages had happend also with 3 pages.

@mi.land @enric
Happened to me just recently. After printing multi-layout PDF with RhinoPDF, and exporting 2D-material to DWG.
This file did NOT contain VisualARQ information.

But was the plugin enabled?

After i disabled VA , it never happend again for me.

@mi.land
Yes, the plugin is enabled. Cannot disable, as I use VisualARQ actively.

@Toni_Osterlund
Did you use any VA - Display Modes.
I found them suspicous.

Or it is their “Vector-Creator” in the background that was there before R8 created their own.

Yes multiple Layout print seems to be the way to create it.

@enric FYI

No, basic wireframe actually.
This might not be a VisualARQ thing at all, or then the existence of the plugin effects somehow.

Let’s see what’s the situation next time it occurs…

Hi @mi.land I haven’t been able to reproduce this issue.

@fsalla
I found a file to reproduce it.

The file has private information. Can i send it to you not publicly ?

I printed to forcce the mistake and disabled the plug-in first to check if it happens also wiothout it.

But somehow with printing it trioed to load again and send this message:
grafik

But it is listed as still not loaded:

grafik

What means upgrading the document??

Hi @mi.land I got your file, followed the indicated steps, but could not reproduce this behavior.

Your screenshots indicate that VisualARQ is loaded, but you are running it unlicensed. That means that you won’t be able to use VisualARQ. Run the vaLicense command to set a license mode and restart Rhino.

Did the problem happen after you disabled VisualARQ?

No the problem happens only with Visual ARQ installed enabling and disabling doesnt affct the bug.
I am quite sure about it.

The unlicensed problem happens only if i disable VisualArq and somehow it still tries to load itself after printing which i dont want…. so then it fails to collect the license.

The Bug only disapeared after i uninstalled Visual ARQ.

Why does Visual Arq try to load itself even though i disabled and restarted rhino ?
