Everytime I open the files on Rhino8 Mac after installing Sequoia 15.3.1 Rhino is always crashing.

See if it helps to do these steps
Please try restarting your device. If it persists then: restart Rhino without opening a document, then Rhino 8 > Settings > Rhino Render. Switch to the CPU tab and make sure CPU is checked as render device. Then restart Rhino and see if this helps with materials.
Please send in crash reports when the Rhino crash reporter dialog appears after a crash - do fill in your email address, that helps us to understand better about crashes, and potentially reach out for more information.

Hi Nathan, already restarted and sent today like 8 or more of the email reporte, i am on the process of downgrading the iOS as I am in the middle of work and today full day was lost…

Thanks, I see your reports. I can confirm this is a crash inside the Metal driver code.
You don’t have to downgrade, rather make sure the CPU is set as rendering device.
