Hi all, I wonder if there is a way to add model text into Revit using RIR?

Placing a Family with user text is a good workflow currently available in RiR.

I added your desire for a native Model Text component.

I found that when a model text is too small – say 25mm, it would look wired…
I wonder if there is a solution for it

Hi Jack, It looks like you are running into Revit Tolerances with your 10mm text (the actual geometries of the characters being much smaller)

Is it possible to adjust Revit’s minimum tolerance to allow the display of small objects?

I guess it is undergoing the same issue – the outline curves’ control points are too dense so Revit is not able to create the geometry?

The Revit tolerances aren’t affected by Rhino, these are hard coded into Revit and not accessible via Revit API.

So I cannot even adjust the tolerances in Revit?
