How do you turn on the visibility of guidelines when using ‘add guide’ line command?

But how do you see it after added? I know it’s created because when I hit remove guide command my lines show up. Geez…
Hello- hm- existing guides shoukld show up while adding new ones - do you not see them even in a new file?

well, that took a second…
Workflow doesn’t sound right but.
-command ‘addguide’
-created guidelines needed
-then selected curve-freeform but I had to type in the command bar again ‘addguide’, clicking prompt inorder to trace the desired curve.
I couldn’t find how to display the guides anywhere.
Hi Athanasia - if you have made guides, these should show any time Rhino is asking for a point, as in any drawing command for example - once you start Line or Curve or Polyline for example, you should see the guides appear ---- ?
